Business for Sale Adverts
We will only publish actual businesses for sale on our site and will NOT publish any advert trying to sell make money schemes, pyramid, ponzi schemes, MLM networks or any type of setup which cannot be recognized as a business for sale. To maintain content integrity, Company will use discretion in evaluating and publishing business for sale adverts on its site. Under no circumstances will Company be obligated to publish a business for sale entry received, nor will Company be held liable in any way for not publishing such entry which Company deems as inappropriate.
User Contributions to Site

Indemnification & Liability Limitation
Company shall in no way be liable for any direct or indirect loss, loss of profits, loss of business or goodwill arising out of this agreement. Customer understands that the entire liability and corrective action by Company would be for the Company to refund any fees which the Customer has paid and under no circumstance will the liability of Company exceed such fee.
