This dealer is the exclusive supplier of Yamaha and Club Car golf carts in the Sandhills Area. It provides the following to generate its revenue:
- Golf cart sales, both new and remanufactured.
- Golf cart rentals.
- Parts & accessories sales.

This is a fun as well as solid business. Revenues in 2008 were over $2 Million. It's located in Pinehurst, home to some of the finest golf resorts in the nation. It is also authorized to sell the Club Car's XRT, industrial series of golf carts. Only a few dealers are authorized to sell these. There is only one other golf cart dealer in the area and they represent a different brand.
The business also has maintenance contracts with resorts.
