It has an area of 700 sq. ft. inside and 600 sq. ft. outside. The monthly rent is $680 p/month and utilities are approx $300 p/month.

The owner is willing to provide some financing and may accept $40,000 down.

Up to 4 weeks of training will be provided for the purchasing owner.
